可接受使用政策
hueflo（网址 hueflo.com，由 Ling Qin 运营）是一个照片艺术风格化工具：把你自己照片中的人物、背景或选定区域，转换成纸艺、黏土、水彩、像素等艺术媒介。本政策是服务条款的一部分，适用于所有上传、说明文字和生成结果。
1. 本服务能做什么、不做什么
- 本服务只做艺术媒介风格化，媒介从固定的风格列表中选择。
- 本服务不提供换脸、改变人物身份、年龄或性别变换、“去衣”或生成逼真他人形象的功能，也不得被用于这些目的。
- 本服务通过第三方 AI 模型生成结果，与这些模型的开发者没有隶属或背书关系。
2. 严格禁止的内容
不得上传、请求或生成：
- 任何色情、裸露或性暗示内容（包括“去衣”、性感化或挑逗性的改动），无论涉及的人物是否成年；
- 任何涉及未成年人的性化内容——一经发现，我们将立即终止账号，并依法向有关机构报告；
- 未经同意的私密图像，或用于骚扰、羞辱、诽谤、霸凌他人的图像；
- 换脸、深度伪造，或用真实人物照片制作足以令人误认的虚假图像（包括冒充他人、伪造证件或证据、政治或选举误导）；
- 宣扬暴力、恐怖主义、仇恨或歧视的内容，或血腥、自残内容；
- 侵犯他人著作权、商标权、肖像权或隐私的内容。
3. 照片中的人物
- 只上传你本人的照片，或你已取得照片中每位可识别人物同意的照片。
- 未成年人的照片须由其监护人上传，且只能用于无害的艺术风格化。
- 不得把结果当作真实照片发布，以误导他人认为某人做过或说过某事。
4. 公平使用
不得绕过点数、频率限制或安全措施，不得自动化批量调用、攻击或干扰本服务，不得转售本服务的访问权限。
5. 我们如何执行
- 我们会拒绝明显违规的请求；被拒绝且未生成图片的请求会退还点数。
- 对违反本政策的账号，我们可以删除相关内容，暂停或终止账号，不退还已使用的点数，并在法律要求时配合执法机构。
- 发现违规内容或滥用，请发邮件至 support@hueflo.com 举报，我们会尽快处理。
6. 变更
本政策更新会在本页公布并更新生效日期。如中英文版本不一致，以中文版本为准。
Acceptable Use Policy
hueflo (at hueflo.com, operated by Ling Qin) is an artistic photo restyling tool: it turns the person, background or a selected area of your own photo into an art medium such as papercut, clay, watercolor or pixel art. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every upload, instruction and result.
1. What the Service does and does not do
- The Service only restyles photos into art media chosen from a fixed list of styles.
- It offers no face swapping, identity, age or gender changes, “undressing”, or realistic likenesses of other people, and must not be used for these purposes.
- Results are generated with third-party AI models; hueflo is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by their developers.
2. Strictly prohibited content
Do not upload, request or generate:
- any sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content (including “undressing”, sexualised or provocative edits), whether or not the people involved are adults;
- any sexualised content involving minors — we will terminate the account immediately and report it to the authorities as the law requires;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, or images used to harass, humiliate, defame or bully anyone;
- face swaps, deepfakes, or fake images of real people that could be mistaken for real (including impersonation, forged documents or evidence, and political or election deception);
- content promoting violence, terrorism, hate or discrimination, or graphic gore or self-harm;
- content that infringes copyright, trademark, likeness or privacy rights.
3. People in your photos
- Upload only photos of yourself, or photos for which every identifiable person has given consent.
- Photos of minors must be uploaded by their guardian and used only for harmless artistic restyling.
- Do not present results as real photos to mislead others into believing someone did or said something.
4. Fair use
Do not circumvent credits, rate limits or safeguards, automate bulk use, attack or disrupt the Service, or resell access to it.
5. Enforcement
- We refuse requests that clearly break this policy; a refused request that produces no image has its credits refunded.
- For accounts that break this policy we may remove content, suspend or terminate the account without refunding credits already used, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
- To report abuse or prohibited content, email support@hueflo.com; we act on reports promptly.
6. Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
